Amy Sausen

Amy Sausen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital technology and supply chain transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of IT and Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead at Baxter International Inc., Amy has previously held several senior roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Global Director of Digital Technology and Global Transformation Leader. Additional leadership experience includes positions as General Manager at Beaumont Ranch, City Director at KMC Telecom, and Territory Manager at Ameritech. Amy holds a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and has completed a program on Directing Innovation for Women in Science at Smith College.
