Bill Leiker

Bill Leiker is a Senior Research Development Engineering Manager at Baxter, where they lead the Systems, Software, and Verification and Validation efforts for safe patient handling products. Bill has extensive experience in research and development across various industries, holding past positions that include Senior Manager at Lockheed Martin and Technical Area Engineering Manager at SRC. With a commitment to continuous improvement and mentoring, Bill is also an active community advocate, serving on the Board of Directors for CNYWorks, Inc. They hold multiple degrees from Syracuse University, including an MBA and MS in Engineering Management, along with certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Quality Engineering.
