Caitlin R. Laystrom is currently the Associate Director of US Marketing for Infusion Systems at Baxter International Inc., bringing a dynamic career in the healthcare sector with expertise across multiple functions and regions. Previously, Caitlin held various roles at Baxter, including Global Marketing Manager for clinical nutrition and Senior Global Marketing Manager. Caitlin began their career as a Public Relations & Marketing Intern at the Detroit Medical Center and has since built a strong foundation in marketing and operations within the healthcare industry. Caitlin earned a degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from Michigan State University and completed an Executive Program in Marketing Strategy at Cornell University.
