Cesar Olvera is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process engineering and production management across various industries. Currently serving as a Process Engineer II at Baxter International Inc. since July 2023, Cesar is responsible for preparing project estimates and managing capital projects while collaborating with plant groups and vendors to enhance operational processes. Prior to this role, Cesar held multiple managerial positions at Badia Spices Inc., including Production & Maintenance Manager, overseeing the production of high-speed lines and managing resource coordination, as well as Maintenance & Projects Manager, leading the commissioning of a $40 million production facility.
