Colleen McHugh

Colleen McHugh is an accomplished quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Quality Associate III in Post Market Surveillance at Baxter International Inc. since April 2019, Colleen has expertise in conducting supplier audits, managing customer relationships, and overseeing quality assurance activities for regulatory audits. Previously, Colleen held positions at Abbott as a Quality Assurance Professional and Principal Quality Technician, and at NorthShore University HealthSystem as a Senior Cytogenetic Technologist. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Westfield State University, along with certificates in Cytogenetics from the University of Connecticut and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University. Colleen is certified by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation in Quality Systems and Industry Practice and Design Controls, and as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 with a medical device focus.
