Dawn J. Womack

Dawn J. Womack has extensive experience in incentive compensation and business operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation at Baxter International Inc. since January 2015, where roles have included Manager of Incentive Compensation and Senior Business Operations Analyst. Prior to this, Dawn Womack worked at Berry Plastics from July 2006 to January 2015 in various positions, such as Product Data Management Specialist, Sales Representative, and Technical Assistant. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant to Operations at CEI Transport from 2002 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership from Roosevelt University and dual associate degrees from Harper College.
