With over 20 years of healthcare experience, Jackie has previously served as the Enterprise Clinical Informatics Manager at BJC HealthCare, where they implemented clinical information systems across multiple facilities. Jackie holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics, alongside board certifications in Nursing Informatics and as a Nurse Executive.
