Glen Argyle

Glen Argyle currently serves as the General Manager, President & Representative Director at Baxter International Inc., overseeing the Japan P&L and various operational platforms. Co-Founder of KGD International G.K., Glen specializes in the import, export, and distribution of high-quality products between Japan and other markets. Previously, Glen held key positions at Bayer, including Chief of Staff for the President's Office and leadership roles in Women's Health and Hematology. Glen's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions and as Director of Government & Industry Affairs at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Glen holds an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Otago.
