Hammad Rana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain planning and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Planning at Baxter International Inc. since December 2018, Hammad leads the Global Planning team for the Pharmaceutical Division, having previously held positions such as Head of Demand Planning (Americas) and Head of Supply Chain Planning in Canada, overseeing strategic operations and reporting directly to the company president. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Integrated Business Planning at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., where leadership was provided to a 13-member team in driving operations and sales processes across multiple markets. Hammad's earlier career encompasses positions in supply chain management at Pareto Corporation and Canadian Tire, alongside a solid educational foundation with an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
