Harini Anand

Harini Anand currently serves as the Director of IT – AI & Data Science at Baxter International Inc., leading a global team focused on advancing the company's AI strategy and innovation agenda. Prior to Baxter, Harini held positions including AI Technology Leader at Komatsu North America and Senior Manager - AI & Analytics at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included developing AI and analytics strategies and overseeing the AI Center of Excellence. Harini's experience spans various roles in software engineering and product management at companies such as Capital One, Allstate, HERE, Motorola Mobility, Nokia, Ericsson, and Nortel Networks. Harini holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University.
