Jason Richardson

Jason Richardson is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP Finance Americas and Global Business Units at Baxter International Inc. since December 2021, Jason also holds the position of VP Finance Global Business Units. Concurrently, Jason is the Audit and Compliance Committee Co-Chair and member of the Finance Committee at Edward-Elmhurst Health since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Jason worked at Hillrom from August 2008 to December 2021, where responsibilities included VP of FP&A, VP and Treasurer, as well as VP Corporate Controller and CAO. Jason's career commenced at KPMG, where a tenure as Senior Manager lasted from 1999 to 2008. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 1999.
