Kaylee Kramer Serbin

Kaylee Kramer Serbin is the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Baxter, where they oversee and empower the talent acquisition team focused on commercial, R&D, and global functions across the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Kaylee held positions including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiting Manager at Groupon and represented Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital as an HR Intern. Kaylee earned a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Human Relations from the University of Iowa and has developed a passion for fostering collaboration, innovation, and diversity within their teams. Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with family, exploring new restaurants, and planning adventures.
