Kenia Grande is an accomplished production manager with over 20 years of experience in solid and injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. They have held leadership positions for more than 17 years, including as a Senior Operations Manager at Eli Lilly and a Senior Production Manager at Baxter International, where they currently manage over 500 employees and drive initiatives for performance improvement. Kenia is also a certified Black Belt and active mentor at the Instituto Vasselo Goldoni, where they support women in their professional development.
