Marisol Coriano

Marisol Coriano serves as the VP HR for Global Medical Products & Therapies at Baxter International Inc., overseeing HR functions for a $5B vertical business unit with 17,000 employees since June 2023. Prior to this role, Marisol held multiple HR leadership positions at Rockwell Automation, including Vice President for Global Sales & Marketing and Lifecycle Services, where a global HR team was led to support 10,000 field employees. Additional experience includes HR roles at Amgen, Eaton Electrical, and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and change management. Marisol holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
