Mary Henson

Mary Henson has held significant leadership roles in the healthcare industry, most recently serving as General Manager for US Commercial and VP of Sales and Marketing at Baxter International Inc. from July 2019 to May 2022. Prior to this, Mary was the Senior National Director of Sales and Executive Director of Healthcare Systems at ConvaTec from January 2017 to July 2019. Mary also spent over two decades at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group), culminating in the role of Vice President of Sales-West. Mary earned a BBA with a major in management and a minor in marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington and also has further educational experience from The University of Texas at Austin in Business, Management, and Marketing.
