Mohamad Faour holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the Islamic University in Lebanon. Currently serving as Head of KSA for Kidney Care at Baxter International Inc. since December 2023, Faour has extensive experience in healthcare sales and business development. Previously, as Sales Manager at BD from December 2018 to December 2023, responsibilities included managing product sales for the Peripheral Intervention Unit across Saudi Arabia and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Faour's earlier roles at Gulf Medical Co Ltd included various managerial positions where strategic planning, team leadership, and revenue growth were key focuses across multiple medical product lines in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, leading teams of up to 21 sales professionals. Early career experiences included biomedical engineering roles and maintenance management, establishing a solid foundation in healthcare technology and management.
