Molly Voigtlander Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payer operations and market access within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Payer Operations Analyst at Baxter International Inc. since January 2022, Molly is responsible for the operationalization and maintenance of contract implementation for Commercial payers across the US, while also analyzing payer trends. Molly holds leadership roles as Co President of Baxter's Veteran Business Resource Group, advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Previously, Molly worked at Hillrom for over 17 years, where responsibilities included various roles in market access and reimbursement management, culminating in Co President of the Hillrom VET Veteran Employee Team.
