Sandra Guzman

Sandra Guzman, P.E. is an experienced professional in environmental health and safety with a career spanning over 15 years across multiple industries, including medical device, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. As the Associate Director of EHSS at Baxter International Inc. since May 2022, Guzman leads compliance with EHS regulations at federal, state, and local levels while previously serving as an Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Bacardi and an EHS Specialist at Bard Shannon. Expertise includes the implementation of industrial hygiene, safety programs, and compliance management systems, with significant achievements in improving safety performance and regulatory adherence. Guzman's academic background includes a degree in Environmental Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
