Shantanu Bhatnagar

Shantanu Bhatnagar has extensive experience in global marketing and business management, notably serving as Director of Global Marketing at Baxter International Inc. from January 2005 to January 2022, where responsibilities included spearheading marketing strategies for the Sealants and Anti-adhesion franchise across the US, Europe, and Asia, resulting in significant sales growth. Previous roles include Associate Director for Advanced Surgery in Southeast Asia, where Shantanu managed P&L and executed commercial strategies, as well as National Sales Manager for India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Additional experience includes positions in marketing management at Lumenis, Philips, and Johnson & Johnson. Shantanu holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing from ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education and completed an Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford.
