Sophie Cecchini

Sophie Cecchini is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Accounting Special Projects & ESG Controller at Baxter International Inc. since April 2025, Sophie has held various leadership roles at Sysco from May 2018 to April 2025, including Senior Director of Finance, Senior Director of Financial Reporting, and Director of Technical Accounting. Additionally, Sophie was the VP, Corporate Controller at FreshRealm from November 2022 to April 2024 and took a career break from April 2024 to September 2024 to pursue personal goals. Sophie holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University.
