Soumya Dutta Roy

Soumya Dutta Roy has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, holding various leadership roles at Baxter International Inc. from August 2019 to March 2022, including Vice President of Global Integration and Senior Director. Prior experience includes managerial positions at PwC, West Monroe Partners, and Deloitte Consulting, with a focus on M&A advisory and execution. Soumya also possesses an Executive MBA in Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, alongside a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
