Stephanie Muir

Stephanie Muir serves as the Senior Director of Product Delivery Excellence and Commitment to Quality at Baxter International Inc. since March 2025, while also being the Founder and Principal Consultant at Stephanie Muir Consulting since February 2024. Muir holds a position as Executive in Residence Venture Lab and Startup Coach at 1819 Innovation Hub, providing mentorship to emerging entrepreneurs. Previous experience includes roles as CTO at Midmark Corporation, VP of Digital Surgery at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, and VP of R&D & Strategic Marketing at Mentor Worldwide LLC, among others. With a career spanning over 25 years, Muir has developed expertise in innovation, product development, change management, and digital transformations, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
