Vanja Pinoie

Vanja Pinoie has over a decade of experience at Baxter International Inc., where current roles include Innovation & NPD Lead for Clinical Nutrition & IV Solutions and Associate Director for Clinical Nutrition Solutions R&D, focusing on exploratory and new product development while managing scientific teams. Previous positions include Sr. Research Scientist and Manager emphasizing technical leadership in new product formulation for various nutrition solutions, as well as leading global teams in the pharmaceutical development of renal products. Earlier experience includes post-doctoral research at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Vanja holds a Master's and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
