Mark Satchell

Mark Satchell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as the European Head of Engineering and Interim General Manager at Baxters Food Group since April 2024, Mark previously held multiple senior management roles at Seiko Epson Corporation, overseeing the ink business and driving engineering and quality initiatives. At ELIS, Mark excelled as Operations & Engineering Manager, and at Chemring Countermeasures, Mark managed naval operations for a business unit valued at approximately £55 million, leading a substantial team of production operatives. Earlier career roles include Engineering and Reliability positions at Novelis, where Mark focused on enhancing operational efficiency and equipment effectiveness. Mark holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
