Antonio Vinci MIH is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and catering operations. Currently serving as General Manager at BaxterStorey since July 2022, Antonio previously held the position of Catering Manager at The Good Eating Company from December 2016 to June 2022. Antonio's career began in the restaurant industry with roles as Assistant Manager at Birley Sandwiches, Head Waiter at Quattro Passi London and Grand Hotel Rosamasina, and Waiter at Braceria Escosazio and Ristorante Penny. Antonio graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality from Ipssar Brindisi in Italy, completing the program from 2000 to 2005.
