Nicholaus Hale

Nicholaus Hale has extensive experience in business development and sales, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Bay Advanced Technologies since September 2010, where responsibilities include managing the Strategic Accounts Sales Team and ensuring alignment with sales and profit growth goals. Previously, Nicholaus held roles at SMC Corporation of America, including International Business Development Manager and Sales Manager for the Applied Materials Team, along with positions as Indirect Channel Manager and Outside Sales. Earlier career experience includes serving as Territory Manager at Willard Engineering. Nicholaus holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fluid Power Technology from the Community Colleges of Spokane, completed between 1999 and 2000.
