Cindy Mascheroni

Cindy Mascheroni serves as a Vistage Chair and CEO Coach, providing executive coaching and facilitating peer advisory boards for CEOs and senior executives in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2005. As President of Mascheroni Associates since 2002, Cindy has focused on leadership development for top-level leaders. In addition to these roles, Cindy is a Board Member at Bay Alarm Company and the Wood River Community YMCA, where also serves as Board Chair. Previous board experience includes Kahilla, BCCI Construction Company, Inc., and leadership roles in Apple, Great Bear Technology, and Intraware, where significant contributions were made to pricing strategy, marketing, business development, and growth to IPO. Cindy holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Psychology from UCLA.
