Alex Pudov

Alex Pudov serves as the Founder and CEO of a stealth AI LegalTech startup since April 2024. As a Startup Investor with Bay Angels, one of Silicon Valley's oldest angel organizations, Alex provides resources to entrepreneurs and the startup ecosystem. Previously, Alex was a General Partner at EdTech Booster Capital, a venture fund focused on early-stage B2C startups, from 2022 to April 2024. Alex founded and led mySchool Holding, an educational franchise network, from 2012 to 2021, growing the organization to over 120 locations in four countries without venture capital funding. Alex's education credentials include advanced studies at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, along with degrees in Computer Hardware Engineering and Linguistics from Don State Technical University.
