Brian Alwine

Brian M. Alwine, CPA, ASA, currently serves as Director at Redwood Valuation Partners, a firm specializing in valuations for various sectors including technology and life sciences, since January 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Senior Manager at HBK CPAs & Consultants, where responsibilities included providing merger and acquisition consulting and financial modeling services. Brian's entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of ClarityBV, Inc., a business valuation firm, which was sold to Kruggel Lawton CPAs in 2015, after which Brian continued as a consulting director. Earlier experience includes managing business valuation and advisory services at Crowe and completing accounting projects for Culver Development Corp. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University South Bend.
