Carlos Serrano-Quan

Carlos Serrano-Quan is a seasoned leader in nonprofit management and community engagement, currently serving as Managing Partner at Sequoia Commercial Group and Vice President of the San Mateo County Planning Commission. As a Planning Commissioner, Carlos Serrano-Quan plays a crucial role in governance for unincorporated areas of San Mateo County. Additionally, Carlos serves on the board of NAPCA and previously held the position of Managing Director at Verakin Real Estate. Notable past roles include Executive Director of HomeownershipSF, where efforts were focused on supporting underserved households in achieving homeownership, and Executive Director at the Chinese Newcomers Service Center, which provided essential services to new immigrants.
