Kristen Iida

Kristen Iida is a Project Engineer at Bay Area Builders, Inc. since December 2019, following a role as Office Administrator at Westfield from September 2015 to December 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Floor Leader at LUSH FRESH HANDMADE COSMETICS North America from August 2012 to September 2015, where daily, weekly, and monthly goals for staff development were established, along with providing coaching and feedback. Kristen was a Community Liaison for the Office of Councilmember Darrell Fong from June 2011 to July 2012, managing constituent requests and concerns. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Student Trainee for Sacramento Police from May 2007 to June 2011, utilizing ArcGIS mapping software for crime statistics and planning. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, and San Jose State University.
