Haining Yu, MD MPH, is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist at Bay Area Clinical Associates, P.C., since June 2022, also serving as the site director for a future San Francisco clinic. A board member of the San Francisco Marin Medical Society, Haining previously worked as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with The Permanente Medical Group, Inc., from September 2020 to June 2022, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address mental health concerns for youth. Haining completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at UCSF Medical Center, leading quality improvement initiatives. As a resident, Haining specialized in maternal mental health, implementing care coordination and training programs. Haining is a co-founder of Harvard Medical School's Crimson Care Collaborative clinics, focusing on pediatric care and chronic disease management. Haining holds an MD from Harvard Medical School, an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University, and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
