Terrell P. Hegler has a strong background in community and economic development, with experience in various roles ranging from administrative support to program management. Terrell P. has worked with organizations such as Bay Area Community Services, Alameda County Board of Supervisors, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento. Terrell holds a Bachelor's Degree in Community and Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Political Science and Business from Merritt College. Additionally, Terrell P. is currently pursuing an Executive Certificate of Completion in Healthy Communities Initiative from Morehouse School of Medicine.

We are helping people experiencing mental health needs or housing crises, while balancing other complications like health needs, substance use, generational trauma, incarceration, poverty, and more. BACS does “whatever it takes” to create programs that meet community needs, integrating nearly seven decades of behavioral health expertise with our Housing First philosophy.
