Rich Grant is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in commercial real estate financing and Small Business Administration (SBA) lending. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Vice President at Bay Area Development Company since May 2017, Rich Grant has played a key role in providing small and middle-market businesses with long-term financing solutions through the SBA 504 program. Prior to this, Rich Grant held the position of Executive Vice President at TMC Financing from February 2009 to April 2017 and served as SBA Lending Director at First Community Bank from 2005 to 2009. Rich Grant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, completed between 1981 and 1986.
