Monica Bonny has over twenty years of finance, strategy, and operations experience across multiple sectors. Prior to joining BADM, Monica served as CFO/COO at two nonprofits: most recently Canal Alliance, a nonprofit focused on breaking the generational cycle of poverty for Latino immigrants, and before that at Alder Graduate School of Education, a teacher residency program committed to preparing teachers who mirror the demographics of their students. Monica also served as an elected school board member for eight years; a management consultant for Deloitte; and an underwriter for GE Capital. Monica earned a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Wharton in Finance.
