Sam Sellers

Sam Sellers is currently a trustee at the Bay Area Discovery Museum. Prior to that, they worked as an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from October 2008 to May 2013. Sam's work there focused on securities law, corporate governance, and bank loans. Sam has experience with initial public offerings, public and private debt and equity offerings, structured finance, 1934 Act reporting and compliance, and letters of credit. Sam is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping others learn and grow.

Sam Sellers received their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from The University of Kansas.
