Olga Campa

Olga Campa, SPHR, serves as the Human Resources Director and People Advisor at Proofpoint since August 2019 and also holds the position of Global Business Human Resources & LATAM Leader/Consultant at HERE Technologies since 2018. With over two decades of experience in various HR leadership roles, Olga has a strong background in organizational performance, change management, talent assessment, and employee relations. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Velodyne LiDAR, Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Extreme Networks. Olga actively contributes to the HR community as Vice President and Treasurer of the Bay Area Human Resource Executives Council (BAHREC) and is involved with organizations such as NCHRA, Watermark, and WWNA. Olga holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from California State University, Fresno.
