Richard Woltmann has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Peace Corps Volunteer from 1970 to 1973. Following this, they became the President/CEO at Bay Area Legal Services in 1980, where they have been working ever since.
Richard Woltmann completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rollins College between 1962 and 1966. Richard then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1966 to 1969.
