Bay Area Legal Services is a nonprofit, public interest law firm. Our lawyers, paralegals, and support staff are dedicated to providing free civil legal services to qualified and low-income residents and nonprofits throughout the Tampa Bay area. We believe that access to justice is fundamental to strong, safe communities. Last year, we helped and educated more than 25,000 individuals, families, and community groups.

The Communications and Development team at Bay Area Legal Services is responsible for promoting the organization's mission and cultivating donor relationships. The Development Campaign Manager spearheads fundraising initiatives, while the Development Communications Specialist II creates targeted messaging to engage donors. Meanwhile, the Communications Specialist manages public relations and disseminates information to the community, ensuring broad awareness of the organization's impact and services.
