Warren Pierce

Warren Pierce is an experienced leader in customer service and operational management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Bay Area News Group since November 2017. Prior to this role, Warren was the Sr. Director of Service at Optoma Technology, where all aspects of the service department were directed, including Customer Service and Technical Support, with responsibility for the unit's P&L. Warren also held the position of General Manager at Northern California News, overseeing sales support and customer service inquiries, and previously managed a Call Center at Firstsource Corp, implementing process improvements to accommodate increased call volume. Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine.
