Roseberline Russell

Program Manger , Center For Women & Children at Bay Area Rescue Mission

Roseberline Russell is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in counseling, program management, and health education. Currently serving as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at Community Presbyterian Counseling Center since January 2023, Roseberline also holds various roles at Bay Area Rescue Mission since August 2020, including Program Manager for the Center for Women & Children. Previous positions include Senior Membership Relations Coordinator and Membership Relations Coordinator at Population Connection, where Roseberline managed donor relations and advocacy efforts. Experience also includes a role as Health Education Coordinator at P4H Global, focusing on community health initiatives in Haiti, and internships with the American Lung Association, contributing to community outreach and fundraising efforts. Roseberline's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida and ongoing Master’s studies in Clinical Mental Health & Counseling at Liberty University, complemented by a Project Management certificate from UC San Diego.
