Susanne Masters

Susanne Masters has a range of work experience in the education field. Susanne started their career in 1998 as a Special Education Teacher in Montgomery County Schools, North Carolina. Susanne then worked as a Special Education Teacher at Adairville Elementary and Bowling Green Junior High School before joining Hastings Area Schools as a Special Education Teacher. Susanne then took on roles as a Principal and Special Education Director at Maple Valley Schools. Susanne later became a Regional Special Education Supervisor at Lenawee Intermediate School District and then the Director of Special Education at Hillsdale County Intermediate School District. Currently, Susanne works as the Special Education Director at Bay-Arenac Intermediate School District since 2020.

Susanne Masters completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Calvin University between 1994 and 1998. Susanne went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in the field of Administration of Special Education from Western Michigan University, which they completed between 2006 and 2008.
