Kena Ragland

Kena Ragland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management and adjustment. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Specialist at Bay Bridge Administrators, LLC since February 2015, Kena has developed a strong expertise in complex claims. Prior to this role, Kena was the Claims Adjustment Specialist Team Lead at FirstCare Health Plans from 1997 to 2015, where responsibilities included delegating tasks and communicating policy changes to a team of approximately 25 employees. Earlier in Kena's career, as a Claims Examiner at Prudential Healthcare from May 1991 to October 1997, expertise in reviewing and processing ASO client cases with a focus on hospital billing was established, along with maintaining quality records and correspondence.
