Froilan Mercado

Froilan Mercado is a seasoned graphic production artist with extensive experience in the design industry, currently serving as a Senior Graphic Production Artist at Bay Cities since March 2017. Prior to this role, Froilan worked as Graphic Design Manager at The Warren Group, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the art department, focusing on packaging and display design, and overseeing production art. Froilan's earlier experience includes positions as a Graphic Designer at Orange County Container and Justman Packaging, specializing in conceptual design and mock-ups for various display and packaging projects. Froilan also held the role of Art Director at Mr. Product, managing the art department and creating conceptual and production art. Froilan began the career as a Graphic Designer at Graphic Communications, providing expertise in theatrical display and packaging. Froilan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Art from California State University-San Bernardino.
