Helen Carroll

Helen Carroll has extensive experience in human resources, spanning across various companies and roles. Helen began their career as an HR Generalist at GERS Retail Systems in 2000 and worked there until 2003. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Human Resources Director at Achilles Group. Following that, Helen worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant from 2008 to 2016. During this time, they also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Strategic Insight from 2016 to 2019. Starting in 2019, Helen took on the role of Senior Director of People & Culture at Accel Robotics, where they worked until 2022. Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bay City Electric Works, starting in August 2022.

Helen Carroll obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business from Linfield University between 1996 and 1999.
