Rodney Lee

Rodney Lee has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Rodney served as the Chief Executive Officer and President & COO at Bay City Electric Works from 2007 to present. In 2011, they became the Managing Partner at Ultimate Service Associates, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Kohler Co. as the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations. From 1998 to 2000, they were the Materials Manager at Newell Rubbermaid. Their early career includes the roles of General Manager Of Operations and Supply Chain/Operations Management at Quanex Building Products Corporation from 1981 to 1998.
