Nicole Steen

Nicole Steen is an accomplished fitness expert and entrepreneur with a diverse background in health and wellness. As the Founder and Owner of Nicole Steen Fitness L.L.C since January 2000, Nicole Steen has focused on creating motivational content that encourages individuals to embrace a healthy lifestyle. As a Coordinating Producer for Walk at Home since January 2020, Nicole Steen is responsible for casting on-camera talent to develop engaging workout content. With over a decade of experience as a Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox since July 2012, Nicole Steen combines expertise in fitness with professional dancing and fire baton twirling, having appeared in various fitness and music videos. Additionally, as a Dance and Fitness Instructor at Bay Club since March 2009, Nicole Steen teaches a variety of fitness classes including Flirty Dance Fitness and Zumba. Nicole Steen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
