Trish Burns

Trish Burns serves as the Director of the Bay County Library System since 2015, bringing extensive experience in library management to the role. Prior to this position, Trish Burns held the title of Director at the Public Libraries of Saginaw from March 2005 to May 2015. Trish Burns earned a Master's Degree in Library Science from Wayne State University, equipping with the necessary expertise to lead and innovate within library services.
