Jamie Rihbany

Jamie Rihbany joined Bay Cove in 2005 as Contracts Manager, and served as Assistant Director of Budgets and Contracts from 2008-2012. In that role, he oversaw all budgeting and contracting for the agency, including negotiating with funders; completed service proposals; strategized around new program development; participated in statewide rate setting activities; and supervised the agency’s team of Budget Analysts. He also supervised all Accounts Receivable activities earlier in his tenure at Bay Cove. Jamie was named Bay Cove's Vice President and Controller in February 2016.

Jamie completed his master’s degree in Public Administration at Suffolk University. Before coming to Bay Cove, he worked at Tri-City Mental Health Center as Director of Mental Health Residential Services.
