Jim Laprade

SVP, Operations at Bay Cove Human Services

In 2007, Jim Laprade joined Bay Cove as our first Director of Quality Improvement. He had previously worked at Bay Cove in the roles of Associate Director of the Substance Abuse Division and Cluster Coordinator. In 2011, Jim was appointed as Senior Vice President of Operations. In that role, Jim oversees Training, Human Resources, Advocacy, Quality Improvement, Human Rights, New Business Development and Information Services.

Jim has a master’s degree in Human Services Administration from Antioch University, and has worked in Human Services for over 25 years. His experience includes a variety of both direct care and administrative roles, with a recent focus on statewide quality improvement and performance improvement initiatives through both public and private sector organizations. Jim has worked on several national best practice committees, and has published and presented nationally on the coordination of dual diagnosis programming.
